摘要
通过采用调查问卷法,对上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院协同办公系统就突出问题开展访谈,并采用描述性统计以及定量、定性分析,进一步提出改进和完善的建议。指出医院可以引入流程系统、云存储技术、短信平台、移动办公等手段,解决目前协同办公系统存在的缺点与不足。此外,还应积极完善和更新系统,从而促进协同办公系统在医院行政办公中起到更好的作用。
The questionnaires method was used to interview the outstanding problems in order to deeply understand relevant opinions and demands. The data were descriptive statistics as well as quantitative and qualitative analysis. The hospital may introduce the process system, cloud storage technology, SMS Platform, Mobile Office. and many other means to solve the disadvantages and problems of the current Office Automation System. In addition, improving and updating the system so as to let the system service in hospital administration office 'affairs better.
