14种β-内酰胺类抗生素对肠杆菌科细菌的体外抑菌活性比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价β-内酰胺类抗生素对革兰阴性杆菌的体外抑菌活性。方法采用琼脂二倍稀释法测定哌拉西林/三唑巴坦等抗生素对临床分离革兰阴性杆菌的最小抑菌浓度(microbial sensitivity testes,MIC)。结果头孢三代抗生素中以头孢他啶的抑菌作用最强,最差为头孢曲松和头孢噻肟;四代头孢菌素头孢吡肟的抑菌作用优于头孢他啶,酶抑制复方制剂中哌拉西林/三唑巴坦的抑菌作用最强。亚胺培南和美罗培南碳氢酶希类抗生素抑菌作用最强,未发现耐碳氢霉烯类抗生素的肠杆菌科细菌。结论三代头饱菌素中头孢他啶的抑菌作用最强,与头孢吡肟的抑菌作用相似,酶抑制复方制剂中哌拉西林/三唑巴坦的抑菌作用最强,临床应根据药敏实验结果选择用药。 Objective To evaluate in vitro antibacterial activities of Beta - lactam antibiotic against clinical Enterobacteriaceae. Methods The minimal inhibitory concentrations ( MIC ) of antibiotic against clinical isolates of bacteria was tested by standard agar dilution method. Results The antimicrobial action of ceftazidine was the strongest against Enterobacteriaceae among the third generation cephalosporins; cefepime was more active compared with ceftazidine. Antibacterial activities of piperacillin/tazobactam was the strongest among β-Lactamaseinhibitors. Resistant strain to carbapenems was not found. Conclusion The surveillance of antimicrobial resistance was very important for guiding rational antimicrobial therapy.
