紫杉醇脂质体联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌120例疗效评价 被引量:7

摘要 目的评价紫杉醇脂质体联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期、远期疗效和不良反应。方法将经病理确诊的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者120例随机分为A、B组各60例。A组化疗方案采用紫杉醇脂质体135mg/m^2,顺铂60~80mg/m^2;B组采用紫杉醇135mg/m^2,顺铂用法同A组;21d为1周期。观察2组近期及远期疗效、不良反应和生存情况。结果 B组1例因为发生严重过敏反应中止化疗,并从有效率评价中剔除。A组有效率41.7%(25/60),临床受益率78.3%(47/60),肿瘤中位缓解期为4.9个月,中位生存期为8.3个月,1年生存率为33.3%(20/60);B组有效率35.6%(21/59),临床受益率69.5%(41/59),肿瘤中位缓解期为4.3个月,中位生存期为7.4个月,1年生存率为28.8%(17/59)。2组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组皮疹、肌肉痛、呼吸困难、面色潮红、神经毒性、毛囊炎、心律失常的发生率明显低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论紫杉醇脂质体联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌与紫杉醇疗效相当,不良反应发生率降低。
