1例妊娠高血压综合征剖宫产术后并发甲亢危象的护理 被引量：2

摘要 目的通过观察妊娠高血压综合征剖宫产术后的产妇并发甲亢危象的临床特点，探讨其急救与护理措施。方法回顾性分析妊娠高血压综合征合并甲状腺功能亢进症的产妇在剖宫产术后突发甲亢危象的临床资料。结果经过及时的救治和精心的护理令产妇痊愈出院，无并发症发生。结论妊娠高血压综合征的产妇在剖宫产术后并发甲亢危象在临床上不常见，但极为凶险，起病急、发展快、并发症多、死亡率高，及早抢救和精心护理可降低死亡率。
