我国ESD标准研究进展、问题分析及对策建议 被引量:7

摘要 ESD危害涉及电子、石油、石化、汽车、国防和航空航天等众多领域,是影响产品质量、工程项目质量、安全生产和公共安全的重要因素,其标准化已得到众多国际组织的高度重视。本文对国内ESD领域国家标准、军用标准、行业标准的发展现状进行了全面调研,分析了表征研究对象类(TC或主题)标准化活跃程度的标准数量(S)和平均标龄(Y)等两个主要因子。通过对比国外标准发展现状,发现我国ESD标准发展存在主题类型不全面,标准体系不完善,管理体系标准适用面窄、时效性差,测试模型标准缺失等四方面的重要问题。建议从"产品-检测-认证-管理"等四个层次上,尽快对接国外先进标准,建设国家静电安全标准体系。 Electrostatic discharge (ESD) arises to be a common hazard in multiple industries as electronics, petroleum and petrochemical, automobile and aerospace. It is a critical factor for quality and safety of both product and system level project, as well as safety in production and public security. Therefore, ESD standardization has been recognized by many international organizations and associations. In this paper, we investigate the situation of ESD standards development on national, military and industry levels. We suggest number of standards (S) and average age of standards (Y) as two indices to characterize Standardization Activity of the object TC or domain, which are used in our statistic analysis and expressed through radar graphs. The comparison results are negative on category integrality, system comprehensiveness, application scope and timeliness. Accordingly, it is strongly recommended to follow the advanced standards abroad and build a national standard system for ESD safety on four links as product, testing, certification and management.
