Dynamical Model of Public opinion and Its Application Based on Supernetwork

摘要 进入21世纪,网络改变了传统的社会结构和功能以及社会安全的方式,并向创新社会管理提出了新的挑战:即舆论在网络社会中如何形成、演化,又该以何种有效方式调控。本文基于超网络概念,建立了具有社交、心理、环境和观点4层子网的超网络,设计各层子网以及子网之间的舆论演化动力学模型,以期对舆论的演化机理进行深入探讨,为社会管理中舆论的引导、干预提供模型支撑。 In the 21^st century, the Internet and advanced communication technologies have made the world flat. Internet changes traditional social dynamics, social system, social structure, social behavior, social function and social organization. Internet has raised new challenges to innovative social management: how does public opin- ion appear and evolve in network society? and how to regulate public opinion in an effective way? In this pa- per, we proposed an opinion dynamical model based on supernetwork. Firstly, we built 4-level subnetwork: so- cial network, psychological network, environmental network and keyword network. Secondly, we designed the opinion dynamical model to characterize the external driving force and internal driving force of the supernet- work updating.
