摘要
校园文化建设是高校发展、繁荣的一项重要工作。图书馆要以校园文化建设为契机,加强图书馆精神文化、制度文化、行为文化、馆藏等方面的建设,充分发挥图书馆文化在图书馆建设、发展、服务中的引领作用,不断提高办馆质量,提升馆员素质,完善服务水平。
The construction of campus culture is an important work for the development and prosperity of the university. Li- brary should take the opportunity of the construction of campus culture, strengthen the building of the library spirit culture, system culture, behavior culture, collection and other aspects. The library also should make full use of the leading role in building library culture, development and service, and constantly improve the quality of library, raise librarians quality and im- prove the service level.
