摘要
分析护理诊断在临床应用和教学中出现停滞甚至倒退的主要问题,根本的原因在于护理诊断的概念不清、我国护理处理的职能与北美国家存在差距及有些护理诊断不符合我国的语言习惯。解决的方法应该从我国的临床护理实际出发,首先明确医护合作性问题与护理诊断,在医护合作性问题上不提护理诊断,以保持医护记录的统一及护理记录要使用医学术语的要求;建立符合我国实际的护理诊断体系,改变护理病历书写形式,培养护士清晰的临床整体护理思维。
It analyzed the main problems of stagnation and even retrogression of nursing diagnosis in clinical application and teaching, and found that the fundamental reasons included the unclear nursing diagnosis concept,a gap in nursing handling functions between China and North American countries, and some nursing diagnosis not meeting the Chinese language habits. The solu- tion should start from the Chinese clinical nursing practice, first to define the doctor - nurse cooperation and nursing diagnosis,not to mention the nursing diagnosis when defining doctor- nurse cooperation in order to keep the doctor and nurses' records unity, and nursing records should use the medical terminology;to establish the nursing diagnosis system which is fit for practice in China,to change the nursing records written form, to develop clinical overall nursing thinking.
