摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相,使用ZORBAX SB-C18不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器,在275nm波长下对试样中的调环酸钙进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,该方法测得调环酸钙的线性相关系数为0.999 9;标准偏差为0.07;变异系数为1.40%;平均回收率为100.0%。
A method for the separation and the quantitative analysis of Prohexadione calcium by HPLC with acetonitrile and 0.1% aqueous phosphoric as mobile phase, using ZORBAX SB-C18 column and DAD at 275nm wavelength was described. The result showed that the linear relative coefficient was 0.999 9, the standard deviation was 0.07, the variation coefficient was 1.40%, the average recovery was 100.0%.
