摘要
针对钨铜粉末药型罩制备过程中铜挥发流失的问题,分析了制备工艺中压制压力、烧结温度、烧结时间等因素与含铜率的变化规律,以及含铜率与相对密度对射流性能的影响,为改进加工工艺提供理论依据。
Aimed at the problems of copper volatilization loss during the preparation of charge liners shaped with tungsten and copper powder, the compacting pressure, sintering temperature, sintering time and the variation of the content of copper during preparation, as well as the effect of the content of copper and the relative density of charge liners on jet performance were analyzed. It provides a theoretical basis for improving shaping process.
