基于热机械应力分析的钢包透气砖结构仿真计算研究 被引量:1

Simulation on Structure of Purging Plug for Ladle Based on Thermal-mechanical Stress Analysis

摘要 为了更好的实现炉外精炼工艺,对钢包透气砖的影响因素进行了研究。首先建立了含透气砖的整体钢包模型,分别计算了3种不同座砖结构形式的钢包内衬的温度场、应力场;对计算结果进行对比分析,并考虑包底砌筑难度,确定了较优的座砖结构形式;考虑3种座砖加工工艺及砌砖难度,提出了正六方体座砖为较优的座砖结构形式。 In order to better achieve external furnace refining process, the influencing factors on ladle purging plug were studied. Firstly, a model of the overall steel ladle with purging plug was established, and then the temperature field and stress field of three forms of ladle linings with different purging plug' s well block structure were separately calculated. By considering the difficulty of ladle bottom masonry and the simulation results, the optimum seat brick structure was determined, which provides a guidance for the preparation of purging plug and ladle bottom masonry.
