摘要
研究了铝镇静钢中B元素的脱溶现象。通过热力学分析可知,在铝镇静钢中B的脱溶形式以BN析出为主。将差热分析方法与热处理和透射电镜观察方法结合,观察到BN以MnS为异质核心从奥氏体中析出,形成BN包覆MnS的复合颗粒,BN的开始析出温度接近1100℃,析出具有C曲线特征,热轧后BN析出不完全,部分B元素仍在钢中固溶。析出最充分的温度在900℃到开始析出温度之间,随冷却速度变化,缓慢冷却条件下在1077℃大量析出。
Precipitates containing boron in a Al-killed steel after different heat treatments were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).BN is the only precipitate form of boron and it nucleates on MnS and then covers it to form a core-shell complex global particle with the diameter about 100-200 nm.The precipitation starts near 1100 ℃,partially consumes boron.The amount of BN depends on the temperature and the cooling rate: the peak precipitation occurs at 900 ℃ for isothermal process,and at 1077 ℃ for slow cooling.
