摘要
采用微波消解、电热板法和干灰化法对玫瑰花样品进行预处理比较,ICP-AES测定9种矿质元素的含量,检测结果表明,微波消解优于其他的两种方法,具有处理时间短、准确度高、消解完全、污染少等优点。
Three different pretreatment methods including microwave digestion,electricity-plate digestion and dry ashing,were employed for digestion of the samples rosa.The contents of nine mineral elements were determined by ICP-AES.The results show that microwave digestion is better than the others due to its short digestion times,high accuracy,complete digestion and low pollution.
