摘要
采用微波消解-邻二氮菲分光光度法测定高炉渣中的全铁含量。研究了消解试剂种类的选择以及消解时间、功率和温度对消解效果的影响,并考察了Fe()与邻二氮菲络合的最佳条件。结果表明:加入15mL(1+1)HCl和1mL HF,20min可将样品消解完全;在pH=5.0的乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液中Fe()与邻二氮菲形成稳定的橙红色配合物,在其最大吸收波长510nm处直接测定铁含量,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.02%—3.56%,加标回收率在95%以上。该方法已很好地应用于高炉渣样品中全铁的测定,结果准确、可靠。
The content of total iron in blast furnace slag was determined by orthophenanthorlin spectrophotometry. The influences of digestion reagent variety and time, power and temperature of digestion on effect of digestion were investigated, and the optimal complexation conditions between Fe(Ⅱ ) and orthophenanthroline. The samples can be completely digested when adding 15mL (Ⅱ) hydrochloric acid and lmL hydrofluoric acid for digestion of 20min. The stable orange red coordination complex was formed by Fe( Ⅱ ) and orthophenanthroline in acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer solution with pH of 5. 0, and the content of iron was directly determined at the maximum absorption wavelength of 510nm,and RSDs was in the range of 2.02%-3.56% ,and the standard recoveries were greater than 95%. The method has been applied to determining the total iron in blast furnace slag with accurate and reliable results.
