摘要
合成了稀土镧-芦丁配合物,采用红外光谱、紫外光谱方法对其结构进行了表征,并研究了配合物清除羟基自由基、超氧阴离子自由基和DPPH.自由基的活性,初探了芦丁及其配合物的体外抑菌性能。研究结果表明,配合物较配体具有更强的清除自由基活性以及抑菌活性,在抑制剂浓度为3.0×10-5—2.0×10-4mol/L时,镧-芦丁配合物对羟基自由基的抑制率达到98%以上,对超氧阴离子自由基则不断呈梯度递增;在清除剂浓度为2.0×10-6—2.0×10-5mol/L时,稀土镧-芦丁配合物对于DPPH.自由基的清除率呈梯度增长,当清除剂浓度达到1.0×10-5mol/L时,清除率最高为90.41%。
The La-rutin complex was synthesized and characterized by IR spectra and UV spectra.The free radical scavenging activities(including hydroxyl free radical,superoxide anion free radical,DPPH· free radical) of complex were investigated,and rutin and its complex's antimicrobial properties in vitro were studied.The results showed that free radical scavenging activities and antibacterial activities of the complex were obviously stronger than that of the rutin.When concentration of scavenger was in the range of 3.0×10-5—2.0×10-4mol/L,La-rutin complex on hydroxyl radical scavenging rate reached 98%,and the superoxide anion increased in gradient.When the scavenger concentration was 2.0×10^-6—2.0×10^-5、3.0×10^-5mol/L,the scavenging effect of Lanthanum-rutin complex on DPPH· free radical was gradient growth.The scavenger concentration reached 1.0×10^-5mol/L,scavenging rate was the highest of 90.41%.
