摘要
研究多轴车辆在静止工况以及拐弯、刹车等工况下各轴载荷的分布情况。通过对汽车轮胎载荷分布有影响的参数,利用正交设计原理进行试验设计。可依据试验设计中所给定的参数,建立简单多轴车模型,针对所给定的多轴车行驶特殊工况,采用MSC.Nastran进行仿真,并提取有限元计算得到各轴的计算载荷,进行拟合得到设计参数与轴荷之间的函数关系。利用经验公式可验证正确性。仿真结果表明参数对轴荷的影响,并可以为多轴车总体设计提供数据参考依据。
The paper analyzed the load distribution for each axis in the case of car turning and braking with the fi-nite element method. Firstly, the parameters impacting the load distribution were analyzed and obtained. Then an ex-periment based on orthogonal design principle was designed. Secondly, the finite element models were built and the driving conditions were set up by the MSC. Patran, then the models were simulated by the MSC. Nastran. Thirdly, the calculation results of the tire load were obtained, the design parameters and the functional relationship between the tire loads were analyzed. The empirical formula was fitted with Matlab and its correctness was verified. Finally, the impacts of design parameters were analyzed . The research production is a good reference to vehicle design and traffic-ability check.
