Diagnosis of Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome

摘要 回顾自20世纪60年代以来对急性呼吸窘迫综合征有重要影响的诊断标准,如Pepe标准、急性肺损伤评分、欧美联席会议标准、Delphi标准及柏林会议标准,系统分析各个标准的优劣,重点介绍2012年柏林标准,并对儿科标准的修正与努力做简单概述。
