摘要
文章从高校图书馆流通部创新建设的重要性出发,论述了图书馆流通部存在的问题和面临的挑战,进而提出了流通部创新建设需要从领导管理观念到位、加强团队建设,提升竞争力、健全制度,提升馆员工作动力、人力资源建设,培养学术骨干,树立学术形象、下功夫提高服务质量这五个方面来实施,使得流通部门进一步做好本职工作,更好的为广大读者服务。进而,提升图书馆流通部的核心竞争力。
Starting from the importance of innovative construction of college library circulation department, this paper discusses the problems existing in the circulation department of library and challenges, and then puts forward the measures that for the circulation department, we establish management idea for leaders, strengthen team building and enhance competitiveness, perfect system, improve work enthusiasm of librarian, human resources construction, train academic backbone, sets up the academic image, put forth effort to improve the quality of service, which makes the circulation department further complete the duty, and serve the readers better, so as to improve the core competitiveness of the library circulation department.
