摘要
根源于团队成员知识异质性的知识共享和知识冲突是知识管理中两个重要的要素,它们对团队乃至整个组织的运作结果有着较大的影响,这就要求构建一个能解释知识差异和知识共享以及知识冲突之间内在关系的知识整合框架。通过分析团队成员知识异质性的程度分布结构和团队异质性特征互动结构两个方面,建立导致知识共享和知识冲突程度大小的理论模型。
Knowledge sharing and knowledge conflict are becoming more and more important in a team work. The occurrence of knowledge sharing and knowledge conflict is contributed to team members different knowledge. Generally speak- ing, knowledge sharing and knowledge conflict are positively related to knowledge differences, but when the difference of knowledge is too big, knowledge sharing might be reduced instead conflicts. Some features such as age are also affecting knowledge and knowledge conflict may be changed into relationship sharing and knowledge conflict in degree size.
