摘要
聊城火车站2010年5月开始改造,新建的站台无柱雨篷为张弦梁结构,张弦梁施工采用半跨吊装高空对接的方法;预应力拉索采用独创性的高空滚轴导向牵引安装法,解决了拉索安装空间的局限性,保证了安装过程中与电气化铁路线接触网的安全距离。通过施工监测数据与仿真计算结果的比较,预应力的施加达到设计的预期要求,满足相关规范和标准的规定。同时提出,此类结构的预应力施工技术和特点,可为同类结构形式火车站雨篷的改造施工提供借鉴。
The Liaocheng Railway Station was rebuilt in May,2010.Beam string was used for the new platform.Semi-span installation was used for beam string,and high roller-oriented traction installation method used for the prestressing cables.The installation method solved the limitations of the cable installation space and ensure the safe distance during construction.It was introduced in detail the construction technology of prestressed cable.Through a comparison between the simulated data and measured results,applying of the prestress could meet the requirements of the design and satisfy the provisions of the relevant norms and standards.The construction technology and characteristics of this structure were proposed,which provided experience for reforming railway station auning with similar structure.
