摘要
针对永磁同步电机(PMSM)反电势中含有大量谐波的问题,提出一种优化磁极宽度以削弱反电势中谐波、改善反电势波形的方法,使反电势波形接近正弦。对所提出优化方法从理论上分析了其谐波削弱原理。利用有限元分析对一台60 kW永磁同步电机进行了仿真,仿真结果表明,优化后电机反电势的电压波形正弦性畸变率减小了77.3%,反电势波形更接近于正弦。
As lots of harmonics are in the back-EMF of PMSM (permanent magnet synchronous motor), a pole width optimization method was presented to weaken the harmonics in back-EMF, to improve the waveform of back-EMF, and to make the waveform of it close to sinusoid. The optimization method is explained firstly. The way of harmonics weakening wais analyzed in theory. A 60 kW PMSM was simulated by finite element analysis. The simulation results show that the voltage harmonic distortion is decreased by 77.3 % after optimization, the waveform of back-EMF is closer to sinusoid.
