老年高血压病患者血清同型半胱氨酸与胱蛋白抑制剂C的关系 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨老年高血压病患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与胱蛋白抑制剂C(CystC)水平变化的临床意义。方法104例老年原发性高血压病患者,按血同型半胱氨酸水平的不同分为两组,A组48例,B组56例,同时选择30例健康老年人(C组),分别测定各组CystC水平,比较三组结果。结果A、B两组,随着血Hcy水平增高,由A组的(16±4)umol/L升高到B组的(26±4)umol/L;CystC逐渐升高,由A组的(1.7±0.4)mg/L升高到B组的(2.6±0.8)mg/L,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论老年高血压病患者血同型半胱氨酸水平的增高与CystC升高关系密切。
