摘要
目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定绞股蓝总苷胶囊中绞股蓝皂苷B的含量。方法:采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.5%磷酸(38∶62)为流动相,流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长210 nm,柱温30℃。结果:绞股蓝皂苷B进样量在0.04~2.0μg范围内,与峰面积呈良好线性关系;平均回收率(n=6)为102.1%,RSD为1.2%。结论:该方法简便、准确,重复性好,可作为绞股蓝总苷胶囊的质量控制方法。
Objective:To develop a RP - HPLC method for determination of gypenoside B in Jiaogulan Zonggan capsules. Methods:The separation was performed at 30℃ on an Agilent Eclipse XDB -CIS (250 mm ×4.6mm, 5 μm) column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile - 0. 5 % phosphoric acid ( 38 : 62 ). The flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1 ,and the detection wavelength was 210 nm. Results:The linear range of gypenoside B was 0.04 -2.0μg; The average recovery( n = 6)of gypenoside B was 102. 1% (RSD = 1.2% ). Conclusions:The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility ,which can be used for the quality control of Jiaogulan Zonggan capsules.
