摘要
一般来讲,道德教育是培养人处理人际关系和人与自然关系善恶好坏的行为规范,公民教育是培养现实公民的活动,其教育内容包括知识、技能、道德、价值观等,核心是公民权利教育和公民义务教育,公民道德教育特指培养公民的国民公德和社会公德的活动。三者在"公德"方面既有交叉点,又各有其基本内涵和教育重点,在特定的教育实践中不能混用或套用。
In general,moral education is the code of good and evil conduct to train people deal ing with conflicts among interpersonal,human relationship and nature;civic education is the activities to cultivate real citizens, its content include civic knowledge, skills, ethics and values, and its core is the civil rights education and civic compulsory education ;citizen＇moral education is especially to train the citizens with national public morals and social ethics.Three have the crossover point in the＂public morals＇aspect, but each has its basic connotation and the focus of education, it can not be mixed or applied in certain educational practice.
