摘要
以工业大麻"云麻一号"的麻皮和秆芯为原料,通过NaOH-AQ法蒸煮,并采用氧脱木素、二氧化氯、过氧化氢漂白,最终制得具有较高黏度(麻皮830mL·g-1,秆芯1030mL·g-1)的大麻漂白浆料。
This research was firstly discussed the preparation of high polymerization degree (DP) cellulose from core and bast of Yunma No.1 industrial hemp, respectively, by the methods of NaOH-Anthraquinone (AQ) pulping, and subsequently oxygen delignification(O) and chlorine dioxide(D)-peroxide(P) sequence bleaching. Secondly, it mainly analyzed the influence of different operating conditions on the pulp properties of the stalk core and bast, respectively, and optimized each step conditions for providing comparatively high viscosity bleaching pulp (830 mL·g-1 hemp bast fiber, stalk core fiber 1030 mL·g-1 ).
