摘要
目的探讨重度颅脑损伤患者实施早期肠内营养支持的护理方法。方法回顾性分析我院ICU2011年10月—2012年3月收治的32例重度颅脑损伤患者接受早期肠内营养的护理资料。结果 32例重度颅脑损伤患者中有15例出现肠内营养相关并发症,经相应治疗后症状明显缓解14例。结论对重度颅脑损伤患者实施早期肠内营养支持及合理的护理,可有效减少并发症,改善预后,降低病死率和伤残率。
Objective To explore nursing care of patients with severe brain injury accepting early enteral nutrition.Methods The nursing data in 32 cases of severe brain injury in ICU were retrospectively analyzed.Results Relative complications occurred in 15 patients with severe brain injury,12 patients became cured underwent effective nursing care.Conclusion The patients with severe brain injury received effective early enteral nutrition and nursing care could reduce the incidence of complication,improve recovery of neurological function and reduce mortality and disability rates.
