摘要
班级是学校行政管理的最基层组织,是大学生的基本组织形式,是大学生自我教育、自我管理、自我服务的主要组织载体。文章在实践研究的基础上,提出了通过优化班级干部队伍结构、构建年级班组网络、创新学生思想政治工作的载体,有效提高学生思想政治工作效率的学生干部管理新模式,体现了以人为本的教育思想,使班级人力资源配置得以优化。
In an university, class as the foundational executive unit, is the basic student organiza- tion format as well as the main carrier to realize the student＇s self education, management and service, in which class managers play an important role. To manage a class better, this article ex- patiates a new personnel administration mode of student managers on the basis of practice and re- search, which will enhance the ideological and political work efficiency evidently by optimizing the configuration of class leadership, constructing the grade level management network and inaugura- ting a new ideological and political work carrier. This mode incarnates the people--oriented edu- cation policy and also makes the structure of the class human resource optimized.
