高效毛细管电泳法测定盐酸二氧丙嗪片中盐酸二氧丙嗪含量 被引量:3

Determination of Dioxyprainethazine Hydrochloride Content in Dioxyprainethazine Hydrochloride Tablets by High Performance Capillary Electrophoresis

摘要 目的建立测定盐酸二氧丙嗪片中盐酸二氧丙嗪含量的高效毛细管电泳法。方法采用熔融石英毛细管柱(45 cm×75μm,有效长度37 cm),运行缓冲液为50 mmol/L醋酸盐缓冲液(pH=4.75);压力进样3.448 kPa×5 s,工作电压25 kV,柱温25℃,检测波长为264 nm。结果盐酸二氧丙嗪质量浓度在0.020~0.20 g/L范围内与峰面积比值线性关系良好(r=0.999 5),平均回收率为96.02%,RSD为0.97%(n=9)。盐酸二氧丙嗪的最低检测限为0.002 g/L,最低定量限为0.007 g/L。结论该方法简便、准确、快速、重复性好,可用于盐酸二氧丙嗪片中盐酸二氧丙嗪的含量测定。 Objective To establish an HPCE method for the content determination of dioxyprainethazine hydrochloride in Dioxyprainethazine Hydrochloride Tablets. Methods The determination was performed on the following conditions: the fused-silica capillary column of 45 cm×75 μm (effective length 37 cm), the running buffer was 50 mrnol/L acetate buffer (pH =4. 75), the sample injection size was 3. 448 kPa × 5 s, the running voltage was 25 kV, the column temperature was 25 ℃ and the detect wavelength was 264 nm. Results The linear relation was good between the dioxyprainethazine hydrochloride concentration range of 0.020-0.20 g/L with the peak areas(r= 0. 9995). The average recovery rates was 96.02%, RSD was 0.97% (n=9). The lowest detection limit was 0. 002 g/L, and the lowest quantity limit was 0. 007 g/L. Conclusion The established method is simple, accurate and rapid with good reproducibility, which can be used to detect the dioxyprainethazine hydrochloride content in Dioxyprainethazine Hydrochloride Tablets.
