钼酸铵是一种重要的钼酸盐,是生产钼粉、钼金属制品的前驱体,也广泛用于化学试剂、催化剂、阻燃剂及药物等。文中简要介绍了钼酸铵的品种、国内外生产概况及生产工艺。重点介绍了近几年钼酸铵生产工艺的技术创新,如表面活性剂的应用、蒸发设备的改进、连续结晶器的引入、循环萃取-反萃法的采用以及浸出剂的添加等。
Ammonium molybdate is an important molybdate, which is the main raw material for molybdenum powder and molybdenum products. It is also used in chemical reagents, catalysts, flame retardants and drugs. The article reviews the variety, manufacture and processes of ammonium molybdenum briefly and focuses on the technical innovation for process of ammonium molybdate in several years, such as using the surfactants, improving the vapor equipment, introducing the continuous crystallizer, using the cycle extraction - stripping method and adding the lixiviating agent.
