摘要
本文依据对硫氰酸盐比色测定Mo(ⅴ)所收集、整理的文献资料,选择性地对有机还原法进行了部分试验研究。研究结果表明:(1)采用单有机还原剂,或者硫脲,或者抗坏血酸,对酸性溶液中的Mo(Ⅵ),进行有效、稳定地还原,使之转化为Mo(ⅴ),但要同时添加铜离子或者铁离子作催化剂;(2)采用紫外可见光分光光度计代替传统的可见光分光光度计,这不但扩宽了波谱范围,精确了光谱曲线,而且,消除了标准曲线与测量结果的人工误差。(3)对于钨钼共存的样品,应当采用萃取比色方法,以消除它们之间的相互干扰。
Depended on the gathered information of journal papers for spectrophotornetric methods of molybdenum thiocyanide, partner experiments has been studied in the present of copper sulfate as a catalyst and thiourea as a reductant. The results had shown that the translation of molybdenum from Mo ( vi ) to Mo ( V ) is very stable ; The spectrophotometric methods by violent visible spectrometer is very important for accurate determination of molybdenum content in solution; In order to get the accurate determination , the extraction spectrophotometric method is recommended.
