摘要
Y形电潜泵生产管柱在海上油田应用广泛,具有不动管柱实现生产、测试和分层采油等多种功能,但是由于技术的局限性,该工艺只能应用于φ244.5 mm井筒。针对海上部分油田φ177.8 mm井筒对该工艺的需求,设计了适用于φ177.8 mm井的Y形生产管柱,同时配套了生产堵塞器、测试堵塞器和锁定式堵塞器等井下工具。通过优化生产堵塞器密封结构,提高了堵塞器的使用性能;测试堵塞器通过金属流管密封性能研究,解决了密封件不耐磨以及寿命短的问题。2011年在渤海油田2口井的现场应用结果表明,在φ177.8 mm套管井中可以通过Y形生产管柱实现不动管柱条件下电潜泵生产与分层测试、分层采油等多项工艺。
The Y-shaped ESP production string is used widely in offshore oilfields and it has multiple functions. But due to the technological limitation the technology can only be applied to φ244.5 mm well bore. In light of the requirement of φ177.8 mm well bore of some offshore oilfields for the technology, the Y-shaped production string suitable for φ177.8 mm wells was designed. Meanwhile, the matching downhole tools, such as production blanking plug, testing blanking plug and locking blanking plug were provided. The optimization of the sealing struc- ture of the production blanking plug improves the service performance of the plug. The study of the metal flux tube sealability of the testing blanking plug solves the problem of the poor wear resistance and short service life of the seal element. The field application to 2 wells in Bohai Oilfield in 2011 indicates that in φ177.8 mm casing wells several technologies, such as ESP production and separate layer testing and separate layer oil production under the condition of original production string, can be achieved.
