摘要
介绍了一种可替代P2 0 4用于萃取铟的P5 0 7改良萃取剂。研究了萃取剂的萃取性能 ,考察了有机相中萃取剂浓度、有机相与水相的体积比相互接触的时间 ,以及水溶液酸度对铟的萃取和In、Fe分离的影响。在最佳操作条件下 ,经过两级逆流萃取 ,98%以上的铟得到提取。并进一步考察了萃取剂经多次循环运行后的抗老化性能。
A reform extractant P507D which can substitute for D2EHPA to extract indium was introduced and the extracting performance of the extractant was studied. The influences of extractant concentrations of the organic phase, phases ratio, equilibrium time and acidity of solutions on the extraction of indium and the separation of indium and iron were investigated. Under the best working conditions, more than 98% of indium was extracted by two stage counter current extraction, and the anti ageing properties of extractants after recycled many times were investigated further.
