摘要
采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和力学性能测试等设备研究了Ti 6 2 42S合金相变点以上 45℃ (即 10 5 0℃ )加热 ,变形量为 70 %空冷的锻造工艺 ,经双重退火处理 ,获得细小网篮状组织。这种组织与α+β两相区锻造下的等轴组织相比 ,不但具有良好的室温和高温力学性能 ,而且还提高了材料的高温持久、蠕变强度、冲击和断裂韧性。该合金的 β区锻造工艺 ,可以用于加工航空发动机压气机盘模锻件。
The forging process of Ti 6242S alloy was studied by using optical microscope, SEM, TEM, and mechanical property test and so on. Ti 6242S alloy was heated at 1050 ℃, forged with 70% deformation, and cooled by air. Then through duplex annealed, the small net like structure of Ti 6242S alloy was obtained. Comparing with the equiaxed structure forged in α+β phase zone, this structure not only has good mechanical properties at ambient and elevated temperature, but improves the endurance and creep strength, impact and fracture toughness of the materials at elevated temperature.The β forged process of the alloy can be used to produce forging model on compressor disk of jet engine.
