摘要
当决策群体的输入输出变量为区间灰数时,假设各决策单元在同一指标下的灰区间变量取数一致。基于取数一致灰数大小比较的相关结论,建立了求解DEA效率区间上、下界的线性规划方程。灰区间DEA效率求解方法有两个优点:一方面,取数一致的假设体现了被评价决策单元和参考决策单元的竞争公平性;另一方面,求得的DEA效率区间长度较小,不确定性低,提高了信息不完全条件下采用灰区间DEA模型对决策单元进行有效性评价和效率评估时的分辨力。
All grey interval input and output of DMUs ( decision-making units) in the same index as data being unanimous is assumed which is named "the principle of DMUs with unanimous data". Based on some comparison conclusion of grey interval numbers being unanimous, two linear programming for solving DEA efficiency interval' s upper boundary and lower boundary are established. The principle reflects competition fairness between appraised DMUs and reference DMUs in DEA model. Under the principle, the length of DEA efficiency interval is shorter, which enhanced resolving power of interval DEA model under incomplete information condition in the DEA validity appraisal and DEA efficiency comparison.
