摘要
针对特宽挤压型材用国产大型扁挤压筒生产时中内套出现的严重裂纹 ,建立了扁挤压筒内套的有限元分析模型 ,分析了扁挤压筒在实际工况下的应力场 ,找出了过早失效的主要原因 ;运用有限元形状优化设计理论与方法对扁挤压筒型腔进行形状优化设计 ,使应力集中值降低21 % 。
In view of the serious cracks occurred in the medium and inner frames in the course of producing large extruded section with the homemade large flat extruding tube, the finite element analyzing model of the inner frame of the flat extruding tube was set up. The stress field of the flat extruding tube in actual operation was analyzed and the main cause for premature failure was found out. Applying the shape_optimized design theory and method of the finite element to make a shape_optimized design of the cavity of the flat extruding tube, to lower the concentrated value of the stress by 21%. The study result provided for the design of the flat extruding tube with a theory foundation.
