摘要
中国共产党历来重视思想政治工作,在长期的实践中坚持辩证唯物主义的基本观点,正确认识思想政治教育的重要性;坚持物质决定意识的基本观点,自觉调整思想政治教育的目标和任务;坚持以人为本的基本观点,自觉调整思想政治教育的人才培养任务;坚持实事求是的基本原则,自觉探索思想政治教育的方式方法;坚持加强教育者的队伍建设,自觉形成思想政治教育的全方位工作局面。深入研究和总结中国共产党思想政治教育的历史经验,对于推进新阶段我国的社会主义现代化建设事业具有重要意义。
The Communist Party of China （CPC） always lays much emphasis on its ideological and political work. In the long-term practice, it adheres to its essential ideology of dialectic materialism with an understanding of the significance of the ideological and political （IP） education. It insists on the doctrine that material determines consciousness and thus conscientiously adjust its goals and tasks. It upholds the notion of people-first, with which its talents training programs are regulated. Its ways and methodologies in conducting IP education are based on the principle of seeking truth from facts, and the construction and maintenance of its teams of instructors guarantees an all-round development of IP education. Therefore, a careful study and summarization of the CPC＇ s historical experiences in IP education is of great importance to China＇s socialist modernization in the new era.
