摘要
文章论述了信息行为研究的理论演进历程,即从心理取向到社会取向,再到多元化取向的转变。心理取向注重个体的心理认知因素,以个体的信息行为和信息需求为核心,强调个体的信息搜寻行为;社会取向将对个体的信息行为研究拓展到更为广阔的社会、文化背景之中;多元化取向从认知、社会、组织和情境的复合视角看待信息行为,三种研究取向对人类的信息行为研究具有重要意义。
Human information behavior studies have experienced a shift from psychological approach to social approach and then multidimensional approach. PsychologiCal approach attaches importance on cognitive factors, and focuses information need and individual information seeking behavior. Social approach extends the research from individual to more broader social and cultural background and emphasizes the social effectors, making up the missing social dimension of psychological approach. Multidimensional approach combines cognitive, social, organizational and contextual perspectives. The three approaches have important significance to the study of human information behavior.
