摘要
对AMT变速器进行可靠性测试,设计了汽车AMT变速器试验台的控制系统;开发了一套汽车变速器可靠性试验台控制系统的硬件及软件结构,说明了温度、转速、转矩的测量原理以及对它们的测量和控制;该控制系统以工业控制计算机为核心,以虚拟仪器设计软件Lab Windows/CVI为开发平台,可根据试验参数的设置利用同一试验台进行多种型号AMT变速器的试验,利用交流变频电机实现试验转矩的平稳加载,能够实现试验过程的自动控制和故障报警;该控制系统确保了整个试验台的稳定运行,具有良好的安全性和稳定性。
The control system of AMT transmission reliability testing was designed. After displaying the measurement principle of the temperature, rotational speed, torque, the measurement and control of them are explained. A control system of test bed for AMT transmis- sion takes the industry control computer as the core is introduced. It is based on virtual instrumentation software of Lab Windows/CVI with friendly user interface. Control system can set parameter of testing to test several types of AMT gearbox on same test- bed. It also can make test loading stable by using AC variable frequency motor, automatic-control and breakdown warning in the process of test. This control sys- tem guarantee whole of steady operation to test-bed, having good security and stability.
