摘要
在中试的基础上进行5000吨/年TDI-TMP型聚氨酯无毒固化剂生产线的工艺设计。确定了生产线的工艺流程,计算了生产线中的一些工艺参数。计算结果表明:一级薄膜蒸发器冷凝器的换热面积为2.66 m2,冷却水流量为2.56 m3/h,二级薄膜蒸发器冷凝器的换热面积为2.1 m2,冷却水流量为2.1 m3/h,大生产线每小时所需量为要的蒸汽量为1123.4 kg。
Process design of the production scale -up was developed referring to the pilot scale process. The selection of the process and the scale of the equipments were made, respectively. The heat exchange area of the first order condenser was 2. 66 m2, the flux of cooling water was 2. 56 m3/h, and the value of the second order condenser was 2. 1 m2, respectively. Combined the graph of steam system and the process, the amount of steam required per hour would be 1123.4 kg.
