摘要
采用金相、TEM、XRD等手段研究了六辊轧机中间辊用 5 5 Cr5 Ni Mo V及 70 Cr3 Mo钢的接触疲劳性能。结果表明 :5 5 Cr5 Ni Mo V钢的接触疲劳性能明显高于传统的 70 Cr3 Mo钢。 5 5 Cr5 Ni Mo V钢组织中的残余奥氏体量较 70 Cr3 Mo钢多。在接触疲劳过程中 ,残余奥氏体发生应变诱发马氏体转变 。
The contact fatigue property of steel 55Cr5NiMoV and 70Cr3Mo has been studied by means of optical metallobrraphy,TEM and XRD.The results show that the contact fatigue property of steel 55Cr5NiMoV is higher than that of steel 70Cr3Mo and the amount of retained austenite of steel 55Cr5NiMoV is higher than steel 70Cr3Mo.The deformation induced martensitic transformation can restrain crack yield and impede crack growth.
