摘要
整体叶盘是现代航空发动机的一种新型结构部件,对于提高发动机性能具有重要作用。当整体叶盘在加工过程中出现缺陷或在使用过程中发生损伤,如果无法进行修复,将导致整个叶盘报废,并造成巨大的经济损失。可见,整体叶盘的修复技术是整体叶盘应用和发展的瓶颈。本文研究了整体叶盘损伤失效的特征,分析了激光熔焊、钨极氩弧焊、激光熔覆、激光成形修复及线性摩擦焊等5种修复技术的工艺特点及应用情况,就整体叶盘修复技术的发展提出了建议。
The blisk is a core part of new generation aero engine, it plays an importance role in improving property. If there are some defects during the processing or damages under the usage, they will not be repaired, which will lead to the reject to whole blisk and will cause the great economic losses. So blisk repairing technology is the bottle-neck in blisk application and development. The paper studied the characteristic for the failure on blisk damages. It does not only analyzed the characteristics and applications of the following 5 repairing technologies, or laser fusion welding, tig welding, laser cladding, laser forming repair and linear friction welding, but also put forward some suggestions on developing blisk repairing technologies.
