摘要
本文针对恒低速长距离直线运输系统用低速永磁直线同步电动机进行分段设计研究。首先对单段低速永磁直线电机进行优化设计,然后对多段之间如何最佳配合进行优化设计。对单段低速永磁电机优化设计进行了简单介绍,主要针对多段电机进行介绍,介绍了分段原理、分段准则及如何分段优化,实现动定子的最佳配合。并通过仿真图形得出了优化结果。
Contraposing the constant low-speed long-distance transport system , studied the low-speed permanent magnet linear synchronous motor with segmented design. Did some optimization designed on the single section of low-speed permanent magnet linear motor at first , and then designed how to achieve the best fit among plural segments. With simply introducing the optimal design of single motor, this article introduced more paragraphs motor mainly, introduced the sectional principle , the sectional criterion and how to do sectional optimal design at the same time. The best match between active cell and stator is realized, and the op- timal result is obtained according to the artificial figure.
