摘要
此研究为国家转双价双Bt抗虫基因棉环境安全评价技术的建立而设。以转双价双Bt抗虫基因(Cry1Ac+Cry2Ab)棉为观察品种,非转基因棉‘赣棉11号’为对照品种,进行棉花生育性状、产量性状上生物学特性表现对比。结果表明,转双价双Bt抗虫基因棉与非转基因棉相比,前者株高生长超速介于显著与不显著之间,增长幅度在3.3~4.7cm之间;单株成铃数增加显著(增12.5个);第一果枝高度提升显著(上升3cm);总果节数增加显著(增10.2个);主茎节距拉长显著(0.5cm);叶色加深显著;籽棉增产极显著(增267.0kg/hm2);皮棉增产极显著(增118.35kg/hm2);霜前籽棉减产极显著(减220.95kg/hm2);霜前皮棉减产极显著(减88.5kg/hm2);单铃重下降极显著(低0.54g);单铃籽棉重下降极显著(低0.44g);单铃皮棉重下降极显著(低0.18g);籽指上升极显著(升1.65g);纤维整齐度指数上升显著(高1.025%);马克隆值升高显著(高0.787);发芽率提高极显著(增2.75%)。结果说明转双价双Bt抗虫基因棉的一些生育性状、产量性状较差,总产性状较好,纤维品质上整齐度较好,推广种植性一般。
The research studied for establishing the environmental safety assessment technologies of bivalent insect-resistant Bt genes (CrylAc+Cry2Ab) transferred cotton in China. The observation variety was transgenic cotton harboring CrylAc+ Cry2Ab double genes, and the non-transgenic cotton 'Ganmian No.11' as control variety. The biological characteristics contained the growth traits and the yield traits were analyzed in this research. The results showed that, the height growth of the transgenic cotton with two Bt genes was not significant compared with the control (increased 3.3-4.7 cm to control); the bell number, the first branch height, total fruit nodes, the node length of the main stem, Micronaire value and fiber uniformity index were increased 12.5 bolls, 3 cm, 10.2 bolls, 0,5 cm, 0.787, 1.025% significantly (P〈0.05), respectively.the leaf color deepened significantly(P 〈 0.05), too. The seed cotton yield, lint yield, cotton seed index and the germination rate increased 267.0 kg/hm2, 118.35 kg/hm2, 1.65 g and 2.75% compared to control significantly (P 〈 0,01), 0.44 g and 0. 18 g significantly (P 〈 0.01), respectively. There were some inferiorities in growth traits and yield traits in the transgenic cotton harboring CrylAc + Cry2Ab double Bt genes, the yield and the fiber quality uniformity is better than the control, so the promotion application value in general.
