摘要
提出一种针对正弦扫描时间历程数据频谱后处理方法,此方法对控制仪驱动信号进行Hilbert变换获取时间-频率曲线,利用驱动信号与响应信号频率同步的特性,对响应信号进行跟踪滤波获取时间-响应幅值曲线,并最终获得响应信号的频谱。此方法不依赖振动控制仪和带有COLA通道的数据采集系统,并可有效避免正弦约减法等方法带来的泄露和精度不高等问题。
A time history signal processing method of sine swept test was developed, time-freq info was obtained from convert controller drive signal using Hilbert transform. According the characteristics of same instantaneous frequency of driver signal and response signal, calculate the response magnitude on time domain using tracking filter, obtained response frequency spectrum from time-freq info and response magnitude. On the method, engineers can obtain precise frequency spectrum of sine swept signal, and don't depend on vibration controller and COLA data acquire system.
