摘要
分析了注塑过程中残余应力产生的原因,并通过数值模拟分析了热残余应力对注塑件翘曲变形的影响,研究了塑件上下表面温差、制品结构、厚度以及脱模后塑件冷却速度等因素对翘曲变形的影响,指出了脱模后塑件上下表面的温差和塑件厚度是产生翘曲变形的主要因素。
In this paper, the reason of the residual stresses which generated from the injection molding process was analysis. The effect of thermal residual stress on warpage of the injection part was simulated by finite element numerical simulation. The factors on the warpage about temperature gradient, product structure, thickness and cooling rate were researched when the plastic parts were taken out from the mold. It pointed out that the plastic part temperature gradient and thickness were the main factors influencing in the warpage.
