转化生长因子β_1和Smad4蛋白在肝癌组织中的表达及其意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)和Smad4蛋白在肝癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法选取2008年3月—2011年4月入住我院并接受治疗的肝癌患者54例,采用原位杂交显色法(IHCABC法)分析TGF-β1和Smad4蛋白在肝癌组织中表达和半定量情况。结果肝癌组织中Smad4蛋白高表达率(38.9%)低于癌旁组织(46.3%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=16.59,P=0.01)。肝癌组织中TGF-β1和Smad4蛋白高表达率在男女间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);以45岁为界,肝癌组织中TGF-β1和Smad4蛋白高表达率在不同年龄间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);在不同病理分期间比较,差异亦均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且随着病理分期增加,TGF-β1和Smad4蛋白高表达率升高。结论肝癌组织中Smad4蛋白高表达率低于癌旁组织,TGF-β1和Smad4蛋白高表达与患者性别无关,而与病理分期和年龄增长(≥45岁)有关。 Objective To investigate the expression of transforming growth factorB, (TGF-β1) and tumor suppres- sor Smad4 protein in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods Totally 54 HCC cases that have been admitted and treated in our hospital between March 2008 and April 2011 were included in the study. IHCABC was used to analyze the expression and semi - quantitative states of TGF - 13~ and Smad4 protein in HCC tissues. Results High expression rate of Smad4 was lower in HCC tissues (38.8%) than in the adjacent tissues (46. 3% ), with statistical difference ( X2 = 16. 59, P = 0. 01 ). High ex- pression rates of TGF-β1 and Smad4 protein in HCC tissues showed no difference between males and females (P 〉0. 05), but showed significant difference between different age groups (equal or above 45 years old vs. below 45 years old) (P 〈 0. 05 ) and different pathological s^ages (P 〈 0. 05 ). High expression rates of TGF-β 和Smad4 protein increased with the advances of pathological stages. Conclusion High expression rate of Smad4 protein is lower in HCC tissues than in the adjacent tissues. High expression rates of TGF-β1 and Smad4 protein in HCC patients are not associated with the patient gender, but positively as- sociated with the pathological stages and age ( equal or above 45 years old).
