摘要
校园物质环境是一种强大的隐性德育因素,高等院校要积极营造具有浓郁特色的校园物质文化景观,充分发挥校园物质环境在思想教育方面的导向功能、在行为处世方面的激励功能和在道德情感方面的陶冶功能。可以通过建设特色文化设施、以命名突出楼宇亭台的文化内涵、加强学生公共场所布局的文化气息、发挥周边榜样人物的强大示范和激励功能等途径努力实现物质环境的育人功能,以适应新形势下高校学生思想政治工作的要求,提高学生思想政治工作的实效。
Campus material environment is a powerful and implicit element in moral education. Thus, colleges and universi ties are supposed to actively construct campus material and cultural sights which are of highly distinctive features to give full play to its guiding function in ideological education, its encouraging role in behavioral manners and its edifying function in moral emotion. In ways of constructing unique and cultural facilities and naming them to give prominence to their euhural connotation, the management might increase the cultural atmosphere of the well laidout public areas and exert the encoura ging role of the shining examples to realize the educational function of material environment to meet the new needs and even tually improve the actual effects of ideological and political work among college students.
