软土中密集管桩的挤土效应综合防治措施

摘要 沿海软土地基中施工密集管桩,桩入土时将挤开相应体积的土体,产生所谓的"挤土效应",会对相邻桩体、土体、建筑物产生影响,本文结合理论分析与施工经验,通过规划好施工方向和路线、控制每日施工量和施工速率、设置防挤土槽、改良桩尖等一系列措施来综合控制挤土效应。同时,通过广州南沙地区厂房等工程的应用,对其效果进行核查,从而提供一套对于软土密集管桩的挤土效应防治较为有效的综合措施。 The corresponding volume of soil is squeezed during dense piles driving on coastal soft foundation. This is called the "squeezing effect" which has influence on the adjacent piles, soil and buildings. In this paper, the influence of squeezing effect is analyzed on the basis of theoretical analysis and construction experience. Some general measures to control "squeezing effect" during construction procedure are described such as reasonable planning of construction direction and route, effective controlling of daily construction amount and speed, setting soil groove that prevent squeezing effect and improving the pile tips. Moreover, these prevention measures which are used to control the squeezing effect of dense piles in soft soil are proved effective in the powerhouse project of Guangzhou Nansha area.
