摘要
目的对柴葛解肌汤配方颗粒进行质量标准研究。方法采用薄层色谱法对柴葛解肌汤配方颗粒进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对白芍中的芍药苷进行含量测定,色谱柱为Lichrospher C18柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(14∶86),检测波长为230 nm,柱温为30℃。结果薄层色谱鉴别中,柴胡、白芍的阴性对照品溶液对鉴别无干扰,斑点清晰,专属性强。芍药苷进样量的线性范围为0.243~1.215μg,平均回收率为98.53%,RSD为0.78%(n=6)。结论所用方法可行、重复性好,能有效控制柴葛解肌汤配方颗粒的质量。
Objective To study the quality standard for Chaigejiejitang Dispensing Granules. Methods Chaigejiejitang Dispensing Gran- ules was qualitatively identified by TLC. Paeoniflorin in Paeoniae Radix Mba was determined by HPLC. The chromatographic column was Lichrospher Cs column(200 mmx4.6 mm,5 μm) with acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid (14:86) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 230 nm. The column temperature was 30 ~C. Results In TLC identification, the negative control sample solu- tion of radix bupleuri and radix paeoniae alba had no interference on identification. The spots were clear with strong specificity. The lin- ear range of paeoniflorin was 0. 243- 1. 215 μg. The average recovery rate was 98.53%, RSD =0.78% (n =6). Conclusion The used methods are feasible with good reproducibility and can control the quality of Chaigejiejitang Dispensing Granules effectively.
