摘要
结合快速凝固成形技术 ,在总结国内外最新理论成果与实际应用的基础之上 ,对金属喷射沉积的发展现状与前景以及雾化与沉积的传热特征、致密化工艺的特点以及合金的微观组织与性能进行了详细的分析 认为 ,金属喷射沉积是一种极富有发展前景的近终形快速凝固技术 ,随着其关键技术的解决 ,这项技术的应用会更加广泛与深入 ,与先进的合金熔炼技术和致密化工艺结合 ,未来将成为高性能材料的重要生产方式 通过雾化和沉积过程的传热理论分析 ,认为 ,具有一定沉积速率的细小过冷熔滴 ,在冷却介质的作用下 。
Combined with the rapid soldification technology, by referring and summarizing the latest national and international achievements,thorough careful analyses on recent trend and development of metal spray deposition technology, the feature of heat transfer in the process of spray deposition, technological feature and the metal microstructure properites are presented. A conclusion is drawn that spray deposition technology is a rapid solidification and near ned shape technique, which has a brigth future while combined with advanced technology and will be applied to the production of materials with hyper properties. The result of the analysis on heat transfer in the process of spray and deposition shows that hyper cooling melting drops with a certain rate of cooling would be deposited on a chill plate based on the action of cooling gas, and the fine metal microstructure and hyper mechanical properties may be obtained.
